Q1. Where does the cashback come from?

If you register your project with us and decide to use one of our vendor partners, a commission is paid directly to us by the vendor. We simply share some of that commission with you as a one-off free payment.
Q2. How much will my cashback be?

This is dependent on several factors including services procured, length of contract, types of licenses and vendor selected. However, by talking to us we can give you a good estimate of the fund you are likely to receive.
Q3. When will I get my cashback?

Cashback is provided to you between 30-90 days after you sign a contract with your chosen vendor.
Q4. How does the Tech Funding Hub make money?

We receive a small ongoing commission from the supplier when you select to use their service.
Q5. Are my costs more expensive using this model?

Absolutely not, the fund is built into the vendors channel model and it's worked this way for over 30 years. Where we're different to other vendor partners is that we share some of the commission with you.
Q6. Can you help us with the buying cycle?

We can assist with as much or as little as you like. For some clients we are just a vehicle to provide cashback, for others they use our fully auditable procurement service.
